# veinHades Governance of the MDS platform

On top of serving as midas’ insurance fund, the veinHades pool, which constitutes the governance mechanism of the whole Hadeswap ecosystem, including midas, plays an important role in the safeguarding of the platform.

The current parameters of the platform have been arbitrarily set but it is the goal to let governance (one veinHades = one vote) to let decide the adjustment/addition/removal of CDPs, NFT collections or risk parameters.
